Personality Tests
Personality tests are used to describe certain aspects of a person's character, such as interests, overall awareness, behavior, and many other traits. In order to be accurate and reliable, there are usually a wide variety of questions; most tests use either multiple choice questions or areas of a personality with which the person must rate themselves. Personality tests are sometimes required when applying for a job, they are commonly found on online dating websites, and many people take them just for fun. In my opinion, personality tests only partially work. I don not believe that a test can reveal every aspect of someone character, because there are some traits that you cannot express over the internet or on paper. I do think that personality tests are great though and for the most part portray people as who they really are.
